Design discovery project done in 2023 to develop an application for a fleet maintenance company. The client was struggling using a platform that doesn’t address all their daily needs and won’t allow them to grow their business. I conducted a research and user interviews resulting in the following deliverables: User Journey Map, User flows and Mockups.
